 A metal container/dumpster at the local recycling center, badly dented in the area I photographed. Over time the layer of rust protection paint cracked in concentric fashion around the point of impact. The blue "top coat" split and contracted into smaller "plates" of paint which reminded me of continental drift.

Looks like someone had a change or heart and re-painting. Gives a cool look with the complimentary colors.
