As a straight photograph, I feel that this image would would offer more compositional strength if the bath were more to the left. As a submission for a poverty chalenge, this misses the mark for me. I get more of an impression of a scrap yard or dumping ground.
This is an appealing image. The only thing I would say in possible criticism is that the tub first struck me a abandoned or decayed, not "being used in poverty".
