A nice photo, I would've preferred a little vibrancy on the face as it is as a matter of a fact, part of the total image. I like the rule of thirds applied though
I like the crisp colors of the feather, as well as the processing of the rest of the image, but I wish it didn't look like the feathers are going up her nose. It makes my nose tickle.
