Sorry, but cant find much positive to state about this image, there is a lot counting against it. Cropping, sharpness, composition, DOF etc. ...

The white paper is WAY too distracting from the feather & inkwell. Maybe have the inkwell on the paper, along with a bit of writing, and crop much tighter to show only a portion of the page?

The white of the paper draws my attention, but does not hold my interest. It might work better (for me) if the feather was in focus.
