A bit static - maybe a more angled approach to the angel? I find myself more interested in seeing what's beyond, over to the right. But I do like the detail in the statue.

While I completely understand your attraction to the sweeping wing, for me personally, it is too dominant in this framing. What a beautiful monument to study, though. Were it my find, I would go back again and again in different light, different seasons and make a study of it with multiple angles. How sorrowful this would be with a dark sky, bare trees and some snow.
