What a great nuclear explosion cloud. I appreciated the building lines. Mostly I loved the window frame with the lighting within. After voting for 15 minutes, I am having trouble defining for myself and understanding what others see as poverty. I will surprise myself by voting a 10 this time around. 7 for your anti-powerty slogan.
The building could do with some renovations, but the whole photo doesn't say "poverty" to me. I'm not even sure what the actual subject is - the building or the strange cloud/smoke/light ??
That was a lucky catch! Looks good. Can't find anything to carp about or pick fault with, although some like comments to disect their photos. Good Luck.
