Its a pretty scene and meets the challenge but so difficult to generate interest..struggling with my voting here but hard to find fault with someone who nails the challenge like this.
What a lonely little sign. Seem redundant, in that it seem a bit obvious, but then that is your local road department at work. Ours does the same. I like the way the sign pops, without overdoing all the colors.
