It's a long exposure, so focus seems off due to masts shifting about and the revolving section of one of the bridges, to allow boats to pass through.

These are the photos you take when you commit to a side challenge (May Madness) and have exactly two-and-a-half minutes between obligations to shoot for it.

Focus seems to be an issue here and the shot strikes me a very busy.I do like the bridge and the water though. Appears it was taken with a slightly longer shutter speed. Just my opinion. :)

I like the way the lines of the bridge dissect the photograph. Would have liked it to have been sharper.
