Disqualification Details
You may not use ANY editing tool to create new image area, objects or features (such as lens flare or motion) that didn't already exist in your original capture.
In this case, your effects filter has eliminated the underlying, hexagonal pattern on the leaves and utterly changed the image, introducing branchlike or wavelike patterns instead, and creating a separation in highlighted edges that did not exist before. We have been pretty relaxed with filters as long as the underlying image remains recognizable, but this has gone too far.

For me, this has a blue ribbon already pinned to it. Despite the screaming green it is calming in its undulations with the cream colored edges of the leaves(?) running diagonally through it. The darker upper left adds a bit of mystery and the hard vertical line on the right has that halo of yellow suggesting a ray of sunshine. Simply beautiful. Best of luck!
