At first I thought its somewhat DNMC but realized desaturation doesn't have to be 100%. It is an eye-catching image - one of my top picks.

Very lovely still life. The textures are delightful. Not sure how this fits selective desaturation.

This doesn't feel much like "selective desaturation" since there is still SO much colour going on, so many different colours, and in so many places.
I do like the wall and the very interesting door, though.
