This was at the San Antonio Zoo.... in a small grove of trees inside the zoo they had Mylar streamers that waved in the breeze.... I assume it was meant to deter the birds from nesting there, but it didn't work there were dozens upon dozens of these birds (if not hundred upon hundreds) all over the place..... they can fly away and maybe some do, but plenty hang around here.... I think it's easy pickings of food....
