The place is Malcesine, a little town in lake of Garda in Italy
I know I gasped when I saw it because I took a vey similar shot to this also, loved this place so much, my husband and children have fond memories of riding our bikes around the lake with the wind blowing through our hair, good times!

I corrected a bit the colors but much less tha you think cause the Raw is fantastic and it comes from the "little" nex-c3 with a 28mm pentacon
Indeed. Where is this? Very convincingly captured. The juxtaposition of the castle with the mountains across the channel conjures such a feeling of historical sensibility. 7
Well... the boat's not THAT ancient; it's a pilot schooner or something similar, and the design is likely late-19th century :-) But I'll give you the poetic license, and it's quite the moody, stunning picture.
Wow I've been here I'm sure that's Malcesine, at Lake Garda right, and the castle? it's a gorgeous place, and this is a lovely image and beautifully edited with mood!
