This is a very large statue and since I had to move far away to get the whole statue in I decided to sit on the base and look up. He is a statue of Casey at the Bat found at the Viera Stadium, home of the Washington Nationals during Spring Training

i was wrong on this image. I didn't score it very high (5), but in re-looking I was completely wrong.
I love the clouds on this this. And Johanna says it best below in that they bring the 'mighty' to the monument.
