A fellow photographer once remarked that if when you ask for critique you are able to articulate what you think the problems may be, you don't need the critique.
Nonetheless, I'm going to guess here that the problems with this image were as follows:
1. The muddy background
2. The busyness of the reflection
3. There was not enough contrast - too much tonal range
Nonetheless, I would welcome constructive comments if anyone has any other thoughts about why this image did so poorly. A PM is fine or leave a comment.
