I love this so I'm going to be critical - I want a touch of definition around the woman's head. The difference between a 9 and 10 for me.

The processing brings out the detail of their skin which cleverly assists the depth, in years, of their interplay. Great feeling of intimacy. The sign, too, is poignant.

This is a picture worth much more than its truistic caption would suggest. What a blunt depiction of aging humanity! The dermatological nightmare that your processing has underlined manifestly overwhelms the conversation part of it, but that’s ok. Strong image.
