with the fall facing north-east and the low position of the sun in winter, I don't think it will be easy to find a moment the fall is bading in sunlight.
Besides that, this was the first sunny spell after 4 days of constant rain, so I was lucky to get this shot!

Wrong time of the day. The light should be hitting the subject in this case. 90% of the subject is in the shadows, which does not help in this case. Nice place and good idea anyway. 5
