I think this is fabulous...there is great movement and the orange bag really pops. I am sure you have heard
about the half a foot but I love the feeling of this!

Not seeing any oranges (why im not voting) LOL

I really like the hustle and bustle this photo is portaying and wanting to get out of the storm.
I think you were going for the inbetween colors of red and yellow LOL

I like:
- The way the orange bag stands out
- The captured motion of the protagonists as they battle the show storm and the motion of the snow itself.

I don't like:
- That the main protagonist (the lady with the orange bag) got her feet cut off

Some selective desaturation (not necessarily full desaturation) on the non-orange elements might emphasize the bag even more.
