The wheel is very distracting.

The doll is great but the stripy object behind the adult is distracting, as well as the thing between them on the ground - can't quite work out what they are. The car is necessary to show the busy-ness of the street.

Looks like you used a zoom and took this photo at a high zoom 200 or 300mm and its has a lot of noise as well..

Its nice candid but surroundings didnt worked that well. I think would be better if you took it more from left... you could show gil holding mothers hand and cut out mother... which now without head looks pretty silly.

Cute girl with a nice expression...Without the grain, and zoomed in on just the girl and the doll this could have been a decent photo. The way it is, there are just too many distracting elements which don't need to be there...
