I have a problem with making kids recite a pledge they don't understand, and are legally ineligible to commit to. To me that is the very epitome of brainwashing.

Probably wont do well if people actually read the title and figure out what your photo is saying. Of course your opinion is yours, but my opinion is that if you don't like the pledge move to Canada.
That always keeps amazing me. This tradition of a prayer or singing national anthem before schooldays starts. Whish the children faces were more visible, but it's a good idea ->7.
PS Is it too pink, or there is something wrong with my monitor?
a bit too many elements here with equal weight, like the low camera angle (feels very candid) but the lights pull my eye to an uninteresting part of the frame
I like the idea here (with or without the title). Think it would help the photo if you adjusted white balance for those lights. Composition might be more satisfying if not so much ceiling was showing.
Nice idea, but it seems like more of a snapshot (which I guess it was), the tilt is unnerving, cause it makes me feel like I'm going to tip over, but I like the point of view,
I give you a ten for the idea. Raising little killing machines, yup, that's what school is for. Today I rained very hard in northern california and I saw 34 flags flying in the down pore. How sad. People blindly follow the flag, but don't even bring it in when it is raining. I hope you will not vote with the flag waving party this november.
