This would have been even better in color, in my opinion.

This could have been an interesting subject...I find that the huge shadow cast over the front of the photo is very distracting as well as the composition of the bus being so tilted and filling the frame.

What were you doing to get the children's attention?? Where is this shot taken? Where I come from the School Buses are Yellow, so this doesn't connect with me like it could.
