The main object is not so well focused. Also few of front objects make picture too busy... I would showed more of boys face then things on table.

There is a bit of noise (at least on my screen) but overall its a good image. I would have cropped out the drink and craker as they are un-important to the image. (5)

Foreground adds a bit too many elements that take away from your main subject, overall soft focus on main scene detracts a bit imho.
