I saw a photo like this recently, and enjoyed it, so I drew significant inspiration for this image. I like the three major elements and the blinds of the window.I like the film styling. Many of my entries lately have made use of Nik Analog Efe Pro 2.
FYI, the watch is actually closer to the camera than the glass.
There was a single on camera flash bounced to the right to help illuminate the watch face, but not overpower the main light source (the background window).

Good one. there is a good balance in the square frame.
I'm imagining the same shot but with more DoF, be it with aperture or focus stacking. Maybe even a lot more, including the blinds.
