I hate the border, I mean really, really don't like it, but that said you still are getting a 10 from me. Great photo, all the way. The border is so insignificant to the beauty of the shot I can't take a point away for that. Maybe if I could take away .05 of a point I would, not an option, so again I say great job. Beautiful.
Totally agree with this, the border was not pleasant... gave you a 7 bc of it, would've been higher without it, but I felt like you trapped the ocean in a frame and the waves had nowhere to go.
A beautiful shot without the surging wave, but then here it is and the image is supercharged. Great immediacy. I'm guessing Long Island Sound. One of two personal favorites.
A great image, you can feel the wind's fury in the rolling wave. I like the mono presentation and the highlights on the water, the only thing I'm a little disappointed by are the halos around the sharper elements. Good luck
