One of my two top scoring images. Great light, composition, depth of field, range of tones and textures, and a face and expression that makes me want to linger.
Very Kurosawa. Love how the sharp white speckles in his coat and shirt are echoed in the background by the out of focus highlights on the water and then casually re-echoed by the white masses on shore. Personal favorite.
