I like the sort of jagged edge of the concrete against the water. The colors look good as well, and the sharpness in the waves.

I think the tones are too vintage for Lik, his are more saturated and vivid... as far as cityscapes go though, not a bad image, I don't normally dig cityscapes.

The sea looks very powerful in this picture. I like it that it takes most of the framing. I would have darkened the sky more. An 8 from me.
