Challenge: Photograph Becomes a Painting II (Advanced Editing VII)
Camera: Canon EOS-6D
Lens: Canon EF 50mm f/1.4 USM
Date: Dec 18, 2014
Aperture: f/1.4
ISO: 400
Shutter: 1/500

Thought it would be funny to try and emulate a painter that was a photorealist. I know this will get kicked around pretty badly, but whatever. :)

Post challenge:

I'm a bit disappointed...not because this did poorly, I knew it would, but because just a little lower score and I could've gotten a brown. Not an easy task to do when not actually trying for one.

For anyone interested...
Ralph Goings

Nice! You sent me looking for Ralph Goings on the internet. Contributing to my art education is worth a 10. Sorry I was too busy to vote in this challenge this holiday season.

That's hysterical! I'll give you an 8 for having the stones to enter this photo-emulating-a-photorealist :-)

I doesn't really look like a painting to me.
