You must retain your original, unedited file (exactly as recorded by your camera), and provide it to the Site Council along with a list of your editing steps within 48 hours of any validation request. Files that have been saved or altered with any editing or transfer software are NOT originals.
I first requested information on this image from you via PM, and when you did not respond to that, we sent an official request for original, which you have also not responded to. To us, it looks as if you photographed a postcard for this challenge, but anyway we have to DQ for failure to produce your original :-(

I like the colors on the horizon, but the image is so grainy it is hard to see exactly what is concrete in this shot. I don't care for whatever filter or texture you have applied. Better luck next time.
