convert from Raw/adjust levels, select color range and adjust background saturation,healing brush /clone some specks (Dirt) from the snow
adust levels again, on gem & USM, resize and save for web

This is a tough item to photograph. The shine and the snow crystals are challenging. It is a nice image, just not super compelling.
