So I lack models. My son really doesn't have the time right now with two AP classes, and neither does my husband. And somehow, I didn't think it would be to easy to get Moriarty to sit still for something as complicated as this challenge. :)
For some reason, I had Eleanor Rigby in my mind, and I just kept thinking "Wearing her face that she keeps in a jar by the door.
So I grabbed the foam wig head thingy, set it up on a table outside the front door, found the vase (I really wanted a mason jar, but there were way too many imperfections, so the face didn't even begin to look like a face), and put it inside the door on a table. It was a pretty cool look. I lit the face, and that lit the back of the jar nicely. I just had to find things on which to put the face to get it the right height to line up with the jar, and get it far enough back to look "inside" the jar.
It's about the same size as a head -- I really was curious what it would have looked like with a real head, but it sounded too much work for a self portrait. :)
Thanks for the comments!

Very cool. Great handling of the light and the processing looks good except for some posterization I see near the right side of the jar, but that might be from the new scaling.
