I like the dark background though there's probably more of it than is needed. I quite like the face and right hand but the left hand is too indistinct. Though it doesn't really appeal to me I wish you well with it.
The face shape and hand gesture suggest Japanese influence. Positioning less centrally might impart a better sense of that off-balance feeling when confronted with the unexpected. Overlap of submission dates makes me wonder if you intended to enter the Halloween challenge.
