I actually took this shot for a previous 10 second challenge, but didn't get it edited in time to submit it. So this seemed like a good chance to make up for a lost opportunity.
I don't expect a great score, as nudity appears to be frowned upon my many.
Lets see,
- Cloned out some dirt on the models legs
- sharpen
- Convert to BW
- Levels
- Curves
- Brightness/contrast
I want the focus to be sharper on her face.. and it seems blurred... maybe motion?
Seems like the end of the log in the water is sharp and even the rock behind her.
Also, it looks uncomfortable to sit on that rock... nekkid! LOL!
Yes, it is motion. It is a 10 second exposure, so I was pretty impressed that she did as well as she did.
I also had two 5s exposures, one was blurrier and the other was very sharp. Unfortunately, another photog walked in front of my camera during the exposure (argghhh) and by that time, the model was done with trying to hold those poses on that rock (not really a rock, but the remnants of a foundation). It was about 12 Celsius on this very rainy morning, she was quite the trooper.
At least her clothes won't get wet! lol
Nicely composed and good shutter speed for the water, also kudos to the model for holding still for that amount of time.
