Good detail captured in the eyes, but I think a little more contrast in the near-highlights would have helped. In fact, I would have gone with a darker processing overall, since there's a good deal of noise in the background when presented as high-key as this.
What a face. Beautiful lighting and I like your choice of framing - perfect amount of background. There is a area of that background, just to the left of the hair, where there is kind of a line where the backgrounds must have been different colors. For some reason that line distracted me a bit.
