Hard exposure, had to use alot of PS highlight/shadow tools to help recover some detail. I know some of the lights of the Lincoln are blown out and some on the Capitol but this was the best I could do. Also had some minor lens flares from passing cars that I cloned out and removed a small crane near the Capitol.

Wow! Really like this shot! You've done a great job on exposure! There is a bit of contrast between the Lincoln (if I remember correctly) memorial and the Capitol Building. You've got them both beautifully! I like the composition and perspective too.
Composition is awesome! The only thing I do not like is the thick solid border -and I am one who likes borders. I think a thin white line would have broken up the solid border nicely. Still a top pick...
