 these are scare crows the kids madeand a creating a "tourist attraction{" for this small community. For you who dont know Oroua Downs is on the Foxton straights between Himatangi and Sanson.

very weird, but reminiscent of the slightly in-joke ceremonies that most schools have... wish the focus were a little sharper.
