 In LR5: Adjusted camera calibration, lens corrections, tone curve, basic panel (WB, contrast, highlights, shadows, whites, blacks, clarity, and vibrance), split toning, and noise reduction. Converted to Perfect Effects 8 and added dynamic contrast and a bit of vignette. Converted to PhotoShopCC and resized, added high pass and border. Removed a few dust spots and burned pixels.
