 Treasure Hill is an old village located in the center of Taipei when the settlers from China arrived in the 1950's.
It has been abandoned for many years and recently the city renovated it as an art village.

I'd be worried about my plants being run over having them right on the street like that, assuming cars and trucks go that way.
