I heard this woman singing and playing the accordion and when I saw her I crossed the street and sat on the curb and started clicking away. I got dozens of great shots of her interacting with her dog.
She is part of the 'travelers' ; kids who travel the country by boxcar with their dogs and live on city streets. I have a photo of one I shot in Williamsburg
last year that is on my homepage. It is a strange and sad phenomena and unfortunately very photogenic as they are always performing.

Excellent moment, well done. The composition is simple enough but environmental enough, the background right behind them is clean, and the processing is a little edgy but not too overdone.
