Shot at home with only 1 side light, and long exposure.

I like the variety, but I'm not crazy about the bright highlights. Maybe in the background, but if they were toned down in the food a bit it might have looked better.
Beautiful setup, but the frontal lighting is killing those little jewels. Something much more dramatic, and even slightly backlit would have made the translucent fish glow.
