Using Nik Color Efex, I converted this photograph from day to night. The end result is a simpler image with less detail. I've played around with this processing before but never posted anything on DPC.

Well positioned, I like how you captured the double yellow lines as they end and the dirt road begins. I wonder, though, if you had waited a little longer if some stars might have come out; that would bring some interest to the sky.
