I like it, but why no title? I think you would have been within the rule set to eliminate those few lights in the lower right corner (they're distracting from the entire presentation).
Beautiful sky. Great job capturing detail in the buildings at the bottom while keeping the highlights toned perfectly. I might have burned out the bright lights at the bottom right corner though. Still excellent overall.
