Sure is. Is that made up of frame corners? Interesting patterns and I like how the border looks like a double mat - like the frame is the subject and the mat is the frame. Good concept.
While I like this image, it's a photo of a "thing", especially when they're shot straight on. It's hard to make a "thing" your own, ya know? Like, what makes this photo any different than the next photographer that stumbles across it?
