I can't tell what it is exactly, but personally I'm not a fan of the water specks. The blue swirl inside the thing in the center (a funnel or a drain of some kind maybe) is intriguing, but something about the surface it's attached to looks kind of odd. I think not having the water specks might help with that.

looks like a plant water thinggy.. forgot the name of what they are called but I have one and I love it..
