Slight correction to horizon needed. Needs a composition to satisfy curiosity from title. In this case, less sky and ocean and more architectural detail.

Good scene, and great time of day for HDR. Some things to watch out for. Part of the cliff is oddly dark. And the colors in the sky are bit over the top.
