I love the contrast of movement and stillness, light and dark. Your shot really tells a story. I like the hoorizontal lines - the fence, the water, the lights in the distance and the intersecting verticals - most strong the signpost and the still person. There is both balance and tension. 10
I like this shot a lot. One distracting factor for me though is the bright horizon across the middle. Otherwise would have made a 10 from me. Good job!

first one that really made me study it, wish i could read the signs. but i really like this...10....makes me think about bieng alone or noone noticing you. the world moving fast while you are standing still, there is a great mood here. Awesome!
