already voted-- I wish I knew how to comment properly still, right in the middle for me, not great but not bad either... I was looking for more sharpness and less grain

Wheel does not really add much to the rest of the picture, or vice versa. Also out of focus. Nice idea to leave the centre of the wheel coloured.
