 One of the favorite parks by the river is our Levee.. This year shows the water in motion with its flooding. Still hasn't crested yet and by the time it does, the water will be above the stage. This stage is used every year to hold local concerts and bands for our river town entertainment

Nice picture, but I don't see it in motion really in the photo. I understand the concept with your title though, just not too sure about it.
