To be perfectly honest, I am not sure what the transition is here. Judging by the claws, I assume the cat has a target. Maybe pulling back would have shown it more?

I think I get this! The cat is poised and ready to strike thus the transition from a relaxed stake to action. This is a nice sharp photo. I wish the ear was not cropped though.

I don't know what the transition is here, but I love the clarity of this shot. Very clear focus, a bit overexposed in the top left. What was the cat looking at so intently?

Incredible depth of field and focus here. Tremendous job!! My cats are well photographed, and believe you me, this is one of the best cat pics I've yet to see. So far, my personal favorite!!
