Photographer’s Notes Went to Northwest Trek with my daughter and a friend yesterday. Cool place with tons of wild animals that are habituated to the presence of people – easy to photograph. Fun!

Nice detail in this. I know that even with a big lens, you need some skill to get close enough for such a shot. A lot in common between hunting with a camera and with a gun. (But you can hunt anything with a camera all year long)
WOW! This is the closest I had ever seen a big horn sheep, you must have had some phenomial lenses on, I am impressed so love it, I expect this to be high one.
Handsome bighorn sheep (?) in front on pose offers his healthy symmetry to the harem. The rings on his horns and the patterns of his facial fur add nuance to the symmetry, though, as an aside, his eyes look a bit off. A very nice portrait.
