Great idea, not as great execution. You could have created a sort of evolutionary line (maybe even as silhouettes), but the uneven spacing and fading focus hurt this shot IMHO.

Good show of the evolution, but I think I prefer a lower angle and less of the background stuff showing. The table/shelf these are on doesn't do it for me.
