Another trip over to the Palouse, this time in the spring when the crops are just a few inches high. Took this from Steptoe Butte state park, I need to go back mid summer when crops start changing color and are full grown. But it's a 5 hour drive.

I do like this! Reminds me of a David Hockney painting, The Wolds (or something like). I actually prefer it even more with the top cropped off a couple of mm above the house on the left edge.
